Because of all the vertical takeoff aircraft platforms which can fly quickly and efficiently like an airplane (not helicopters), tilt-rotors have the lowest disk loading. This means tilt-rotors achieve vertical flight with the highest amount of efficiency, which translates into higher payloads over longer distances with greater endurance.
